The lore of Nina Brosh is classic rags-to-riches: As a penniless, rowdy teen, she was discovered by photographers while passed out in front of a mall. Two weeks later, her face could be found plastered all over her native Israel. Hailed everywhere as “The Angel from Jerusalem”, she charmed photographers with her talent for showmanship and change. But not for long: after modeling less and less in favor of a movie career that never really took off, the Angel from Jerusalem’s career met with the Angel of Death after only a few year’s ride, with only a couple mausoleums in cyberspace to mourn its passing.
