It’s like the old adage: “Some people are born bimbos, some people achieve bimbodom, and some people have bimbodom thrust upon them.”
Between the helium in her voice and in her chest, bubbly, spastic, and self-deprecatingly funny Jennifer Tilly (Bullets Over Broadway, Bound) is apparently doomed to play beautiful airheads and precious little else, despite her being a very good actress. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing — she got an Oscar nomination for her bimbo role in Bullets Over Broadway, after all — but it seems to limit the number of roles she gets; at this rate, though she may be able to keep the world hypnotized by that cleavage of hers for now, by the time she gets around to doing any serious nude scenes, she’ll be a little too old for anyone to care.
