Amanda Bynes Grows Up ... As Hilary Duff

Starting this August, the new Amanda Bynes will be kicking the race to become the old Hilary Duff into high gear with the launch of a new clothing line called “Dear by Amanda Bynes”.

For a long time the careers of the two former tween starlets were virtually identical, but began to diverge when Duff left the hit Disney show Lizzie McGuire and concentrated on her music and “Stuff by Duff” line of cosmetics and accessories.

Not to be left behind, Amanda recently began to close that gap when she decided get her hair blown, layered, and dyed à la Duff from a few years ago in time to promote her own “Dear by Amanda Bynes” products.

Like ichthyosaurs and porpoises, Amanda and Hilary are coevolving into the same marketing creature. It’s just odd that Amanda, who’s a year older than Hilary, seems to be evolving so much slower.
