A Dame To Kill For, But Not To Wait For
A year ago, Rosario Dawson announced in a radio interview that director Robert Rodriguez would wait out Angelina Jolie’s pregnancy to cast her as Ava Lord, the titular “Dame To Kill For” in Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For.
Now, after all the hoopla, there’s a rumor out that Angelina can’t fit the gig into her schedule (she has a planet to save, after all), and will be replaced by Rachel Weisz.
Which is disappointing news only at first: Rachel Weisz might not have the sexual charisma to warrant the title “A Dame To Kill For” (although “A Dame To Hurl Insults For” would be acceptable), but then it might be argued that Angelina, too, is losing her claim to that title.
