If You Can’t Beat ’Em...

In a business where a woman has to be unhealthily thin just to get an audition, Brittany Murphy has figured out how to beat the odds. Her secret? Why, a strict diet, of course — one apparently inspired by Al Pacino’s powdery last meal in Scarface.

Brittany’s had this hard-edged, “I’ll let you cum in my ass for a dime bag” look for at least a year now — witness 2000’s Cherry Falls, below — so I’m guessing she’ll keep it awhile. Which means she’ll probably be concentrating more on her dark-and-disturbed character types than her comically clueless ones. All well and good, I suppose, but I miss the fuller cup size of earlier days.
