Still Spastic After All These Years

Kerri Kendall

It’s been a while now since I’ve even thought of Kerri Kendall or her truculent, scamming webmaster — it’s hard to stay a fan of someone whose representative is so nakedly and unpleasantly avaricious — so I’ve been pretty much out of the know as far as Kerri’s goings on are concerned. But the still-curious will be delighted to know that the Kerri and Mike business has been going just as one would expect it to:

Hey,

Thought you should know that I had my own run in with “Mike”, the webmaster.

Kerri had some kind of meltdown about a year ago. She was keeping up her website, but she suddenly decided for an image change. She stopped posting pictures, although she did start putting up pictures of friends. She turned her nude web cam chats into just chats. At first, it was just annoying because after about 10 minutes the whole thing would degenerate into her members begging and pleading for her to get naked. When it was apparent that Kerri intended to feature her "personality" and not that for which she became famous, they started getting nasty.

Mike not only stopped entertaining complaints, he stopped accepting cancellations. My own credit card was charged again well after I’d quit the site. I disputed it with my credit card company, which earned me a torrent of angry e-mails from Mike. I countered by posting the consumer affairs e-mail address of the California Attorney Generals office in the chat room on the site. Mike threatened me with legal action under the same statute that makes hacking illegal. I told him to do his worst. That was the last I heard of him.

As to what happened to Kerri, I don’t know. But I doubt she’ll ever be a blip on the radar screen again. To bad, seems like she was the genuine article. If you’ve heard anything, I’d like to know.

Jeff

Some things never change, I guess. Buyer beware.
