Gilmore Girls in Fall 2003

After three seasons, Paris and Rory finally shed their school uniforms. From this week’s Entertainment Weekly:

It’s GILMORE GIRLS GONE WILD as Yale freshman Rory (Alexis Bledel) will “date around as much as possible,” says creator Amy Sherman-Palladino. “Every hot young guy who walks past my office I’m going to put on the show.” Rory may bump into exes Dean and Jess (Jared Padalecki and Milo Ventimiglia, who are no longer regulars) on her frequent trips home to nearby Stars Hollow, Conn., where mom Lorelai (Lauren Graham) is trying to open her own inn. The coed will double-major in English and poli-sci but is still a slacker compared with roommate Paris (Liza Weil), who “decides to become a doctor and a lawyer,” says Sherman-Palladino, “because why have time left over to listen to the little voices in your head?”
