Nikki Gets Yanked

Well, it looks like neither Gear, FHM nor either one of Nikki Cox’s enormous breasts could keep Nikki afloat for another season, the show going under as one of the top ten least watched shows on TV.

It was bound to happen, I guess — the show offered two reasons to watch it (laughs and cleavage), but too seldom delivered much of either. Plus there’s the problem of Nikki herself: No matter how impressive her talent for comedy might be — and she does have comedic talent — it’ll never be able to compete with her other, more attractive assets. Big breasts are comedy kryptonite, apparently, something Janeane Garofalo, who had her allegedly once hefty jugs whittled down to shot glasses, realized early on in her career.

But at this point, where the little fame and recognition Nikki has rests largely on her chest, she’d do well to shelve the whole comedy thing and focus on getting a regular role on a high-profile drama where she and her cleavage can get the exposure they so desperately need.
